Returns Policy

Replacement options:     

If you are dissatisfied with the part or product that you have ordered, please return it to us as soon as possible so that we can determine whether it should be repaired, replaced or refunded. If we find that it is defective, we will ship you a replacement. Call us for your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Your RMA number will be valid for 15 business days from the date issued, and the product must be returned within that designated time period. Items returned after the expiration date of the RMA will be considered unauthorized and will be returned to you at your expense. Any unauthorized shipping charges billed to Print 4 Ever Express will be reversed through the carrier or billed back to the customer with an additional processing fee. No refunds or exchanges will be offered for unauthorized returns, and the original invoice will be due in full    

If you have an urgent need for a replacement, you may purchase the replacement product at full charge, and we will then credit your original purchase after receiving and inspecting your returned product. Return shipping costs are your responsibility 

All returns will be verified upon receipt against our internal tracking system. Items found to have been purchased elsewhere and returned to Print 4 Ever Express will be considered an “unauthorized return” and will result in a void of warranty on the actual purchased product. No refunds or exchanges will be offered and the original invoice will be due in full. Print 4 Ever Express will not be responsible for items returned that were purchased elsewhere.

Good Part Returns:     

If you need a RMA number for a Good Part Return, you must call us within 15 days of the receipt of the product ordered. Once you receive your RMA number, you will need to send the product to us within 15 business days. There will be 25% or $25 restocking fee, whichever is greater. Shipping charges on Good Part Returns are nonrefundable. Items returned after the expiration date of the RMA will be considered unauthorized and will be returned to you at your expense. No refunds or exchanges will be offered for unauthorized returns, and the original invoice will be due in full

Out of Warranty Items: An item returned after its warranty has expired is considered unauthorized and will be returned at your expense. No refunds or exchanges will be offered for unauthorized returns, and the original invoice will be due in full. .    

Non-Defective Returns: If you return a product that we have found not to be defective and in good working order, it will be considered a Good Part Return, and you will be charged a 25% or $25 restocking fee, whichever is greater.

 

Unauthorized Returns:     

Returns missing a valid RMA number, Returns received after the (15) day RMA expiration date, Items with expired warranties, Defective returns found to be working upon receipt, Equipment not purchased from Print 4 Ever Express, Equipment damaged in transit due to customer’s improper packaging. Please be advised that unauthorized returns are subject to a void of warranty and will be returned to you at your expense

Shipping Requirements:     

Some products are required to be shipped with special handling. Customers requesting an RMA for items originally shipped with special packaging requirements are responsible to ensure that items are returned to Print 4 Ever Express in the same condition in which they originally received and in the original packaging. Failure to ensure that all items are properly packaged and transported will void all warranties.

Cancellations:  

A “cancelled order” is defined as an order that has not yet been shipped or physically left our shipping dock. Cancelled orders for “in-stock” items are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.

Shipping Damage:     

Please examine products upon receipt. It is your responsibility as a customer to properly inspect and count all shipments for damage’s or shortages prior to signing delivery. Once damage or shortage is noted, you must contact us for instructions within (24) hours of equipment receipt. In the event of shipping damage, it is recommended that digital photos be taken if possible for use in the claim process. If damage was properly noted, and the shipment was sent on Print 4 Ever Express’ account, we will file the freight claim with our carrier. Do not repackage or return damaged equipment until instructed by us, as an inspection by the carrier may be required.
